SAM’s 2016 Annual Meeting

Each year our store managers, district managers and corporate office staff come together for an annual meeting to review the previous year and have a mini-training session for the next year.  This year we brought in speakers from Byrnes Heath Center in York, PA to speak about dealing with difficult situations and to do some team building activities.  The mini-training sessions included the topics of collections, ancillary sales, lead conversion, dealing with confrontation, local marketing, and managing revenue.  Store managers within the SAM organization were panelists in these sessions to share their knowledge about each topic. Storage managers participate in panel discussion to share knowledge     Just like every year, during the annual meeting, SAM recognizes store managers who have done an outstanding job with awards.  Below are the winner and categories.       Awards that were awarded but not pictured: Best Sales Skills, Storage Atlantic, Best Deliquency Control, AR & C Self Storage and Best Close Rates, Chester Heights Storage   Thanks to our store managers, district managers and corporate staff for their hard work during 2015! We are looking forward to another great year in 2016 and to apply all the knowledge learned and shared during this annual meeting!
