Each year our store managers, district managers and corporate office staff come together for an annual meeting to review the previous year and have a mini-training session for the next year. This year we brought in speakers from Byrnes Heath Center in York, PA to speak about dealing with difficult situations and to do some team building activities. The mini-training sessions included the topics of collections, ancillary sales, lead conversion, dealing with confrontation, local marketing, and managing revenue. Store managers within the SAM organization were panelists in these sessions to share their knowledge about each topic.
