Awarded Two New Contracts

Storage Asset Management, Inc. (SAM) has been awarded two new self-storage management contracts in the month of April.   Since the end of 2013, SAM has now signed seven management contracts. The first is a storage facility located in Salisbury, MD.  Water Tower Self Storage has 330 storage units ranging in size from 25 to 300 square feet for a total of 31,190 rentable square feet.  The property will offer convenient storage solutions for area residents and businesses as well as a full line of quality boxes and packing supplies. The second storage facility being added to SAM’s management portfolio is located in Dover, PA.   Dover Mini-Storage is a newly renovated self-storage business.  The property is comprised of traditional drive-up units and outdoor parking for vehicle storage.  It is conveniently located one block from Route 74 in Dover, PA and is easily accessible from area residences.
