SAM Named a 2023 Best Place To Work in Pennsylvania

Storage Asset Management (SAM), the third largest third-party self storage management company in the U.S., was named a Best Place to Work in Pennsylvania (PA) for the fourth consecutive year.  

There were two parts used to determine the rankings. The first consisted of evaluating each nominated company’s workplace policies, practices, and demographics, worth approximately 25% of the total evaluation. The second part consisted of an employee survey measuring the employee experience, which comprised 75% of the total. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking. 

SAM was ranked number 28 on the Best Places to Work in PA list in the Large Employer category (250 or more US employees) at the December 7th awards ceremony hosted by Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business. SAM’s corporate headquarters is in York, PA.
