Storage Asset Management (SAM), the third-largest third-party self-storage management company in the U.S., is proud to announce a total donation of $33,378.21 on behalf of its corporate office and SAM-managed stores to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital for treatment and research.
During a two-month fundraising period that concluded on December 31st, SAM-managed stores collected donations on-site in their local communities. Additionally, SAM corporate team members participated in an online fundraiser, and SAM pledged $1 for each online self-storage rental processed at its managed stores during the campaign.
St. Jude Children’s Hospital, a non-profit founded in 1962, is a pediatric treatment and research facility focused on children’s catastrophic diseases such as leukemia and other cancers. Consistent with the vision of Danny Thomas, founder, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion, or a family’s ability to pay.
“The incredible generosity of our tenants and the communities we serve, as well as the unwavering commitment of our SAM team members, is inspiring,” said Alyssa Quill, CEO of Storage Asset Management. “Together, we are making a meaningful difference for children and families facing life-threatening illnesses.”
SAM extends its heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to this campaign and helped make this significant donation possible. The combined efforts of communities, team members, and tenants exemplify the power of collective giving.
