Q: Can you introduce yourself and provide some background on your role within SAM? What are your primary responsibilities and areas of expertise?
A: My name is Adrian, and I’m a Reporting Manager at SAM. My team and I focus on creating and maintaining reports that help drive better decision-making across the organization. We ensure that the data we provide is accurate, accessible, and insightful, empowering teams to make informed choices.
Q: What attracted you to this role and our company?
A: I joined SAM because of its stellar reputation as one of the best places to work. During the interview process, I had a great experience and quickly realized that the company culture aligns perfectly with my values. It felt like the right place to be, both professionally and personally.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at SAM? Is there a specific aspect of your job or the company culture that you find particularly rewarding?
A: The people at SAM are what I enjoy the most. Everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive, which creates a positive and collaborative work environment. That really makes a difference in how enjoyable it is to come to work every day.
Q: Has a memorable life lesson or advice shaped your outlook or approach to life and work?
A: One piece of advice that has stuck with me is to always look at the positive side of things. Life and work can get stressful at times, but maintaining a positive outlook helps me navigate challenges with a clearer, more optimistic perspective.
Q: Outside of work, what hobbies or interests do you enjoy pursuing in your free time?
A: I enjoy playing basketball, golf, learning new things, listening to music, and spending time with my family and friends.
Q: Can you share a fun fact about yourself?
A: I’m the oldest of six!
Q: Is there anything else you’d like to share about yourself?
A: I’m passionate about enjoying the moment and getting the most out of life, whether that’s traveling, playing sports, or just being around loved ones.
