Presently, we manage over 270 stores, encompassing over 17 million square feet of self storage in 33 states. SAM was founded in 2010 by Jay Hoke and Alyssa Quill.

We bring the experience and knowledge gathered from managing hundreds of storage facilities, but create a unique strategy for every individual property. Our size allows flexibility in relationships and localized focus on every property we manage.

Who We Serve

We serve self storage owners throughout the USA who are looking for additional management assistance. We work with owners on marketing, revenue management, training, financial reporting and general property management. We also offer UPS Store Franchise opportunities and can assist our owners with securing a truck rental program as well.
