SAM 2014 Year in Review

Check out the snapshot of SAM’s 2014 year in review! We had a great year in 2014. We expanded into 11 states and now manage 30 brands for over 40 properties along the East Coast. Along with SAM expanding as a company, our properties also performed extremely well in 2014.  Our properties collected $16.7 million in rent, and boosted 7% in same store revenue growth. We also added the ability to rent online on over 20 of our managed properties. 2014 was a great year, but we are looking forward to an even better in 2015!
