SAM Hires Two
Storage Asset Management, Inc (SAM) is excited to announce that they have hired Jim Ferguson as Project Manager/Analyst and Jesse Livingston as District Manager. Ferguson’s role at SAM will be to oversee projects, analyze operational data and streamline processes for SAM and their managed facilities. Livingston comes on aboard with SAM as a District Manager in the mid-west, overseeing stores in Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan.
Ferguson comes to SAM with numerous years of experience within the self storage industry. In his last role, Ferguson worked for Sitelink, the largest self storage management software, for seven years in various roles of marketing, sales and account management. Prior to that, he worked at Guilford where he was designing interiors of cars. Ferguson graduated from North Carolina State as a double major. He holds his Bachelor of Arts in both Textile Technology and Design. Ferguson resides in Raleigh, NC with his wife, son and baby on the way. He is also a proud owner of a diabetic services dog, named Betes.
Livingston has numerous years of management experience overseeing employees in multiple locations and states. Livingston graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and obtained a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management. Livingston resides in Milwaukee, WI with his wife, daughter, and four dogs. He is also the assistant coach for his daughter’s basketball team. Last year her team won the South Milwaukee conference championship.
