Q: How long have you been working for SAM?
A: I have been with SAM going on five years.
Q: How did you become part of the SAM team? What attracted you to this role and our company?
A: I became a part of the SAM team when my neighbor encouraged me to apply. I was interested in the role because I wanted to venture out into a different job field.
Q: What do you enjoy most about working at SAM? Is there a specific aspect of your job or the company culture that you find particularly rewarding?
A: No day is the same. Some days are filled with admin work and collection calls. Other days are spent outside cleaning units and making sure our property is exactly the way it should be, clean and well-maintained.
Working here has shown me so many different walks of life. They have given me a new perspective. No two reasons for someone needing storage are the same, and I am thankful that I can help someone in their time of need.
Q: Outside of work, what hobbies or interests do you enjoy pursuing in your free time?
A: Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two daughters and my husband and reading. If we aren’t at a sporting event for one of the girls, I’m wrapped up in a book I just can’t put down.
Q: Can you share a fun fact about yourself?
A: A fun fact about me is I am only 4′ 9″ and my husband is 6′ 3″. Both of my kids are taller than me!
